At the beginning 90 Temporary scientific group on the preparation of target program of development of culture and arts of Republic Buryatia has brought forth an idea to general inventories of objects of cultural heritage of the buryat people. In many it has complied with the concept and program of complex atlas "Cultural and natural heritage of Russia", prepared by the Russian Research Institute of Cultural and Natural Heritage. The idea of code information and knowledges on the cultural heritage in modern russian conditions can will be realised only under co-ordinated interaction of the institutes of science and the government bodies of the management by the culture, beginning from russian level. The process of negotiation of scientific interests - a deal very difficult, but when are added and commercial interests of departments and founding - a deal becomes completely impossible.

At insufficiency of possibilities of activity on the national level happens to starch the local possibilities. While we locate possibilities to systematise and describe that from the cultural heritage that there is in funds of establishments of the republic. However, big part of the cultural heritage of buryats (on approximate counts more than 50%) inheres outside the republics.

Are they currently defined two guidelines of actions on making the code of cultural heritage of buryats. This is (1) the accumulation of the databank on the cultural heritage of buryats and (2) the creation of thematic multimedia-products on its base. Moreover these directions should develop simultaneously, as only second direction can exist financial by itself and ensure the possibility of the systematic accumulation of materials.

Main task at the realisation of first direction is the determination of the centre to systematisations and concentrating information, which diffused on scientific and cultural founding of the republic. Sooner the whole it should organise in the system of Ministry of culture of Republic Buryatia at the interaction with such public bodies as the Buryat association of development of culture and the Congress of buryat people.

At the realisation of second direction will be used the possibilities Internet-centres and multimedia-studios of the higher educational institutions and Buryat Science Centre of Siberian Division of Russian Academy of Sciences, as well as possibility of the book publishers, TV-studios, advertising agencies, artist organisations of the republic. We suppose that the dreams and the problems in the sphere of the culture in the Republic Buryatia peculiar to the national regions.

The problem, which leaves for the borders of region and is peculiar to Russia and, probably, very actual for the participants of our conference, it is the absence of the real alive demand for multimedia-products. While in the conditions of the republic even well-developed tourist business postpones the use multimedia-production before best temporary. In the sphere of education a demand inheres on stage of shaping and, certainly, in this sphere inhere main potential users of the multimedia-production.
