Some theoretical problems, such as:

• electronic textbook: what does it mean?
• ecological aspects of culture in Internet are considered in a paper.

The author who teach the course will pay attention to Internet as an academic subject. Also experience in creating and using electronic textbook will be presented.

 Shlykova Olga Vladimirovna - professor of faculty of virtual computerizations (from 1991- till the present time) in Moscow State University of Culture and Arts. Reads courses: "The Internet resources and services", “Multimedia Technologies in Culture and Education”, “Informatics”.

Moscow State University of Culture and Arts was founded in 1930 as Moscow Library Institute. Now with more than 8000 full-time students from Russia and 27 foreign countries, 600 lecturers and professors (includes 50 academics of national and international academies, 80 professors with Ph.D., 292 associate professors with candidate’s degree) Moscow State University of Culture and Arts is the largest cultural educational institution in Russia. It trains specialists in culturology (cultural and social anthropology, social-cultural and folk music creative activities, library and information science, book science, documentary management (over 19 specialities and 70 specializations). Besides the traditional way of entrance examinations the applicant can enter the University on contract basis.
